Schedule Your Chiropractor Appointment in Fremont

Start by understanding what your body needs.

Booking a chiropractor appointment at Core Performance Chiropractic & Sport in Fremont takes a couple of minutes online or one phone call. Your first visit is an assessment with Dr. Alex Lee to understand what you’re feeling, how it’s affecting your movement, and what you want to get back to doing.

You don’t need a referral, and you don’t need to know which treatment you need. That’s what the assessment is for.

What Happens at Your First Chiropractic Exam

Plan on about 30 to 40 minutes. You don’t have to choose between chiropractic care, sports rehab, mobility work, or anything else before you come in. Treatment follows the assessment, not the other way around.

01

A Conversation

Where you feel it, when it started, what makes it better or worse, past injuries, what you’ve tried, and what you want to get back to.

02

A Movement Assessment

Mobility, strength, stability, joint function, and movements tied to your sport or daily activity.

03

A Clear Explanation

Dr. Lee walks you through what he found and which factors matter most for you.

04

A Plan for Your Goal

Adjustments, rehab, A.R.T., mobility training, or recovery tech, based on what you need, not a preset package.

Before Your Appointment

To save time, complete the new patient paperwork ahead of time. It also helps to bring or know:

You don’t need X-rays or an MRI unless another provider has already recommended them.

What to Wear

Clothes you can move in. Athletic or flexible clothing makes it easier to check mobility, strength, and sport-related movement.

Is Core Performance the Right Fit?

Part of the assessment is deciding whether your problem is a good fit for our care. If your symptoms point to imaging, testing, a specialist, or urgent care, Dr. Lee will tell you and help you find the right next step.

Chiropractor Appointment FAQs

No. You can book with a chiropractor in California without a referral.

Many insurance plans cover some chiropractic care, but Core Performance doesn’t accept or bill insurance. All care here is self-pay, which lets Dr. Lee build your plan around what you need rather than what a plan will approve. We can give you a superbill, an itemized receipt you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. As a self-pay patient, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of your expected costs before your visit.

Plan on about 30 to 40 minutes.

No. Dr. Lee will help determine what’s appropriate once he understands what you’re dealing with.

Absolutely. We work with athletes and active adults of every age. If you want to move better and stay active, you’re in the right place.

You can still book. If your injury needs emergency care, imaging, or another provider first, Dr. Lee will tell you.

Dr. Lee accepts a limited number of auto accident cases. Call the office at (510) 737-2306 to see if your case is a fit.

That doesn’t mean there’s nothing left to try. We’ll look at what you received before, what helped, what didn’t, and whether a different approach makes sense.
